Lossless Merge/Play Panasonic HDC-SD5 AVCHD MTS Files to Windows Media Player 12

I have a Panasonic HDC-SD5 camcorder. All my videos are on my PC hard drive. I just upgraded from Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional. I have a great new Panasonic SD900 that also records HD video 1080/60p in the .mts file format. But with SD900 , I have recorded one is 8GB big 1080/60p mts video. FCP transcoder alternative – Problem for import and edit EOS MOV to Apple ProRes no frame drops

I have Canon EOS 7D for excellent picture, and sometimes shoot movie with it. However, I could edit it on my iMac with Final Cut Studio 2. I am running Mac OS X (10.6.3) with quad core and 4G RAM. I then installed Canon EOS MOVIE Plugin-E1 for Final Cut Pro, and it helps me import the video without error message. however, I found that some clips are shorter than what they are really taken. It seems that some frames were dropped when transcoded to ProRes.
