I’m looking for a new point and shoot camera and I want one that takes good pictures of people in movement. I dance and at competitions it sucks when all the pictures turn up blurry even with the ‘image stabilizer’ on.
Also, I want a point and shoot camera that can take video with sound.
Are there really really good digital cameras or advanced cameras that can do both? Can someone tell me a few cameras to look at.
I’m afraid it takes more than just a superbly spec’ed camera to do the job.
But here’s a tip the next time you shoot a dancer indoors
- use a flash
- use a tripod
- as you’re pressing the button…follow the movement of the subject.
And you would find that you would end up with either very creative shots like this
A DSLR is the ‘best’ for taking pictures of moving objects. I’d recommend the Nikon D40. The thing is, only the expensive DSLR’s take video.
I’ve allways loved phrotography and now im really wanting to get into it, currently the camera i have is the Sony Cybershot, its okay but not really good. I have a friend who has the Nikon D40 and she says its amazing. Though I am a little tight on money, since my Cybershot is very lightly used with no damage, I’m going to sell it so I can buy a nicer camera.
Does anyone know of a good beginner phrotographer camera that is somewhat afforadable? Thank you!
Nikon D40 is a good digital slr camera that good for beginner who looking into photography and cheapest price in market.
but if you can’t afford that good point & shoot camera like Nikon Coolpix P90 would be your good choice.12.1MP with 24x Wide Angle Optical Vibration Reduction (VR) Zoom and 3 inch Tilt LCD
